The National Corruption Investigators (NCI) appointed Flavio Miller last night as special counsel to the members of Kit Carson Electric Cooperative, Inc. (KCEC).
According to the Interveners, Miller (aka Flavio) will investigate charges of collusion between KCEC Trustees, 
CEO Reyes (right), and Charles Garcia (below) of the Cuddy-McCarthy law firm. Potential and real accusations include allegations of the following: Violating the National Corruptions Act (NCA); Betrayal of the public trust; Parliamentary Malfeasance; 
Claims supported by fake news and statistical anomalies; Exploitation of the elderly; Brutalization of board members; Misuse of KCEC Credit Cards, Inoperative management; Deconstructive interpretation of the English Language, etc.
