Airport Lawsuit Posted

For readers who want to read the lawsuit asking for an injunction on the Airport expansion issue, Taos Friction has posted the 90 page document. The County and Town have about 2 weeks to respond to the injunction, which asks for an order to stop the permitting and construction process. If granted the order also requires notification. According to Friction sources, the county planner has been working on the administrative approval process.
